"I have been with Internet Effects for a number of years now and find them to be the best Internet service in Southern Utah area for many reasons. They are professional, prompt, and dependable in the way they handle your computer problems. Whenever you need service you can either e-mail, leave a phone message or have someone answer your questions over the phone. They attend to business in a very timely manner and have never neglected a follow up. Although there are many other competitors out there I find that their track record of good service and being here the number of years they have mean a lot. Their desire to maintain and improve with knowledge of modern technology has been of utmost importance to them and it shows with the way they handle their service. Recently I had computer problems which caused a lot of stress and frustration. My job requires that I am unable to be at my home during their normal business hours. Nevertheless they were more than willing to work with me and go the second mile and come to my door late and take care of the problems. They did it willingly and expressed their appreciation for me being a long time, loyal, customer. I would recommend Internet Effects to everyone that I know. They are the "Exception"!
