"I have been on the net since the middle 1990's. I started with a business website, when I was a broker/dealer for a group of banks in Joplin, MO. I had a very complex web site, and an ISP who offered virtually no assistance whatsoever, for the extremely high monthly ransom I paid for their hit-and-miss service. My wife and I have had many ISP since then, until we met up with Internet Effects. I have never had an ISP who offered AND DELIVERED the service that I have received from Internet Effects. With Internet Effects, I am totally confident in the knowledge that I will always be ahead of potential virus problems, and any other problems that might be affecting my computer in the near future. I am always receiving notice of things to be on the watch for, in order to avoid potential problems. The most impressive thing that I get from having my account with Internet Effects is being able to call them up anytime I experience an Internet problem, knowing they will be able to walk me through fixing the problem. I am totally unaware of any ISP around, anywhere, that can, and will offer the total service I get from Internet Effects, especially for the low price.
