"I have been using Internet Effects for nearly 5 years. In all that time I have never received a busy signal or been kicked offline. I have always received prompt, friendly service--the thing is I hardly ever have to call them. Everything from the very beginning has been simple and easy which is what I need: I don't have time to waste on poor, unreliable dial up service. They have even helped me fix computer problems that are not their responsibility.
