"I have used several ISP's before I finally settled for Internet Effects and I have never looked back. Since I have been with Internet Effects I have never been booted during a download and I have had much better download speed and a faster connection speed. I used to only be able to connect at 30kbps to 40kbps; now I normally connect at 53kbps. The staff here have been the most helpful. I was also able to get a US Robotics modem through them and have never had any probelms with my modem after that.
