Thanks for the heads-up on the Qwest DSL service upgrade. As you suggested, I called Qwest and they happily improved my service speed at no extra charge... but only because i called them and requested it. Also, thanks again for resolving my Qwest modem problem, when no one else could. neither Qwest nor the computer geeks that sold me my computer had a clue, other than that it wasn't their problem. You are my first trouble call and I can't imagine using the Internet without your expertise supporting me. I've used other providers in the past and, believe me, there is a difference.
