"I have been with Internet Effects for well over a year now. I transferred to their company when the one Internet company I was connected with merged with another company. I was not too happy with the new company's services in the past so I took up the Internet Effects offer in the mail. I am pleased with the quick Internet connections at all hours that I have been able to make. I was enrolled in an online course. I usually worked on my assignments late at night. Always, always did I have a connection to send my assignments in. Another point in which I am pleased with Internet Effects: I've never had problems with billing. Dave is excellent to always notify me when my payment was received so that I am not worrying in the back of my mind if my payment made it to their office or not. Internet Effects computer support/customer service is excellent. When I first signed up my computer, I had problems at first connecting to the server. I called and left a message and within minutes, I received a call back which was friendly as well. When it comes to solving problems… yes they really do know how to solve the problem and they respond quickly to calls. Just to emphasize that on a whole Internet Effects is very efficient, friendly and quick to respond to the phone calls that have been made.
