"I have used many ISP's locally as well as some of the "large commercial" providers. I really appreciate the quick response to requests, online billing, and the fact that I never get kicked off! I used to get kicked off all the time with other local providers, or have to log in and out several times to get a line that wasn't slow as mud. I have NEVER had to do this with Internet Effects. As for the "large commercial" provider, they just didn't work all the time and were difficult to get any help or assistance from their technical departments. When I have had to contact Internet Effects, which has been rare, once or twice in two years, I received a fast response. I really appreciate Internet Effects and don't plan on changing. The service is great, the price is very reasonable, and if you pay six months in advance, you save even more! It is all I need in an ISP. THANKS!" - Stacey C., January 2004
